Under body restoration.

Here’s an insight into our underside restoration process:

 

1. Stage 1: Full Chemical Degrease

* Remove the exhaust system, suspension, and brake components.

2. Stage 2: Media Blast and DA Prep

* Media Blast the entire underside and DA prep exposed faces.

3. Stage 3: Paint Process

* Apply Kent Rust Converter for corrosion neutralization, leaving a tough insoluble acrylic coating after curing.

* Achieve 100% coverage with Kent Graphene Primer for exceptional corrosion protection (1750+ hours salt spray test).

* Note: Zinc-free and environmentally less hazardous, this primer exhibits strong adhesion to various metallic surfaces (Mild Steel, Aluminium, electrogalvanized steel).

4. Stage 4: Final Finish

* Apply Kent Toughcoat Black as the final finish coat. Toughcoat is a paintable, tough, hard, durable stone chip finish, protecting vehicle body panels from corrosion, salt, humidity, and stone chip damage.

Plus any bushes or axle arm bushes and shock absorbers if required.
