Here’s an insight into our underside restoration process:

THE PROCESS:
DE-GREASE
STRIP
GLASS MEDIA BLAST
PREP IT
PAINT IT

1. Stage 1: Full Chemical Degrease
* Remove the exhaust system, suspension, and brake components.
Removal of Fuel Tank to Access Rear Crossmember Fully.
2. Stage 2: Media Blast and DA Prep
* Media Blast the entire underside and DA prep exposed faces.
3. Stage 3: Paint Process
* Apply 2k Lechler Epoxy Primer to the entire Area.
* Achieve 100% coverage for exceptional corrosion protection (1750+ hours salt spray test).
* Note: Zinc-free and environmentally less hazardous, this primer exhibits strong adhesion to various metallic surfaces (Mild Steel, Aluminium, electrogalvanized steel).
4. Stage 4: Final Finish
5. Stage 5 Fill all cavities and internals with Wax coat to every Non paintable cavity.

Lechler Satin Black is the final finish coat., hard, durable finish, protecting vehicle body panels from corrosion, salt, humidity.

We have Evolved this coating over the last 10 years seeing and feeling what really works for our clients.

We highly recommend whilst undergoing this Service we fit new Brake lines and super-pro bushes to the car.
If you’re shock Absorbers are tired we also recommend our 7005 Bilstein advance shocks available at £800 per set plus fitting.
We also recommending New A frame Fulcrum and galvanise arms and with stainless steel washers where possible.

Chassis & axles £4000 plus vat

Plus any bushes or axle arm bushes and shock absorbers if required.

Galvanise arms are Fronts £150 plus vat
